I began participating in Project Life in 2010. It’s been one of the most incredible things that I have ever undertaken. So many of my family memories are now preserved forever  €¦ the little things, the details, the bits and pieces that would have been lost because they are the  €œeveryday €. We all do so well at documenting vacations, life-events, and holidays, but Project Life captures how we live and who we are. I love it and I hope that you will too.

November 28 – December 4:

Avery’s BFF made him a great bracelet. He was so so so excited 🙂

The author and illustrator of the Fancy Nancy series visited Piper’s school. I had pre-ordered two books, so that they could be autographed by both ladies. Piper was BEYOND happy.

One of the things that is great about Project Life is to document reading levels. Miss Piper is now at an “L”.

Piper did a dance clinic at one of our local high schools about a month ago. As part of the clinic, the girls were invited to come back and perform in the “winter showcase” that the dance team put on. Piper and her sweet friend (who is also a member of her dance company) had a great time. They are little stars 🙂

Lists for Santa are in full swing!

Don and I had a great time out by ourselves. I had a Groupon for childcare that was set to expire, so it was the perfect time to grab tickets to see Cirque at the Toyota Center. We had club level seats on the 5th row. It was fabulous!!! I love getting dressed up to go out on the town.

Piper is notorious for getting some sort of respiratory infection when the weather begins to change. She has coughed and coughed and coughed for 2 weeks straight. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and just took her to the Redi-Clinic instead of waiting another day to get in to see her pediatrician. In this picture, they were getting ready to take her blood pressure. She remembered them doing that with Don when he was hospitalized and she was so excited that they were going to take hers 🙂
